Refund policy

If you are not happy with one of our products at the time of receipt, , simply return it for a repair, replacement or full refund.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your products you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, or exchange it for a different product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We offer prepaid return shipping labels in the U.S. for purchases made within the past 30 days. To request a prepaid return shipping label, contact us at:

Print and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the nearest mailing location. We are unable to offer prepaid shipping labels for international returns.
